From the established rope challenge course with a full range of low ropes course and high rope course elements to the portable team initiatives course erected on site, S.T.E.P.S., Inc., can provide access to facilities and create adventure programs to meet the needs of many different kinds of groups in Southeastern Michigan and Western New York state.

Adventure programs may focus upon serious educational and treatment objectives, or they may be designed purely for the sake of recreation, with the goal of bringing people together.  Whatever the purpose, participants will come away with important life experiences that they may build upon for many years to come.

Teambuilding and Challenge Course Workshops and Training - a variety of two and three day programs are offered regularly to teachers, social workers, and other professionals seeking to utilize outdoor experiential training strategies, including high ropes courses, group initiative activities, and cooperative games for group process, teambuilding, and personal growth programs.  Custom training programs can be designed.
