Ordering Information
Orders may be placed online or by phone, fax or e-mail. General business hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If faxing an order, please include a daytime phone number on the fax cover sheet. All Fax and E-mail orders will be confirmed by phone prior to processing.
Product Pricing
We do our best to provide the highest quality products for the cost. Although we do our best to maintain consistent pricing, due to fluctuations in the market, pricing is subject to change without notice.
Invoice Terms
Billing terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice for approved credit accounts. The minimum invoice amount is $500.00.
Sales Tax
Michigan State sales tax is required on all orders picked up or delivered in Michigan unless your Michigan State tax exemption certificate is on file with our office. All other applicable taxes are the purchaser's responsibility.
Returned Checks
A $30.00 fee will be charged for any check returned to S.T.E.P.S., Inc.
Freight Charged
All materials are sold F.O.B. Shipping Point. S.T.E.P.S., Inc. reserves the right to ship by the carrier of its choice. Any damage in transit or loss of freight is the responsibility of the carrier. Claims should be made directly to the freight carrier.
Late Charges
A finance charge of 3.0% per month will be added to all past due accounts. Accounts with a past due balance are ineligible for additional shipments until the outstanding balance and finance charges are paid in full.
Returned Merchandise
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If merchandise needs to be returned, it must have a return authorization number. Merchandise cannot be returned without prior approval from S.T.E.P.S., Inc.. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of original receipt of goods. All returns must be in saleable condition. If the merchandise is being returned as a result of customer error, we will charge a 20% restocking fee plus any outbound and inbound freight charges. Custom cable assemblies, custom lengths of rope and cable, custom-sized cargo nets, rope ladders, and assembled products may not be returned. S.T.E.P.S. Group initiatives and teambuilding products are warranted for one year for normal wear and tear. Improper use, misapplication, vandalism, or damage cause by participant use are not covered.
